CBD Mechanical Electrical is dedicated to the delivery and installation of product and services to our customer as agreed under contract: at a quality that meets or exceeds our customer’s expectation, to budget, in an efficient and timely manner, and fit for purpose.


In implementing the CBD Mechanical Electrical Quality Management System the aim is to enhance customer satisfaction by:

  • Identifying the processes needed for the quality management system and their application throughout the organisation
  • Determining the sequence and interaction of these processes,
  • Determining criteria and methods needs to ensure that both the operation and control of these processes are effective,
  • Ensuring the availability of resources and information necessary to support the operation and monitoring of these processes and
  • Implementing actions necessary to achieve planned results and continual improvement of these processes and outcomes.
